Since 2002 i trained as a personal trainer and in the last 20 years i have continued education achieving the following accreditation.

My training completes my personal experiences as an elite athlete in various competitive events, validating the best techniques and training methods.

For more than 20 years, I’ve had continuous training in the world of food and sports. In addition, my last training course in NLP, included training in psychology and coaching, with the aim of identifying personal factors that leads to failure.

Learning & understanding the mental obstacles of a person, will be key to creating an effective training program for success.

This is one of the most rewarding facets, of being able to help the person improve their health through a timely process, creating a healthy lifestyle habit.
